Banana bread - for runners, for kids, for friends, for breakfast or dessert



Ingredients
Anglo weights                                     Metric weights
-3 ripe bananas
-3 eggs
-1 teasp. of vanilla extract
-1 tbsp. of cream cheese
-1 tbsp. of honey
-1 cup of sugar                                   -250 gr
-1/3 cup sunflower oil                         -84 ml    
-1 cup whole wheat flour                    -250 gr
-1 cup all purpose                              -250 gr
-1 tbsp. baking soda
-2 tbsp. cinnamon powder
-pinch of salt
Bake for 1 hour at 350°F  or 175° C
